I’m looking for a particular product or fragrance, but I don’t
see it listed on your website. The products you see on our website are
the ones we have available to sell directly to customers. So if you are looking
for a product you found at Target or Kohl’s, for example, or any of our other
retailers (see “Store Locator” for complete listing), then it cannot be
purchased from us directly, and so we do not have it listed on our website.
Where else can I
find your products? You can find other Chesapeake Bay Candle®
products at Target, Kohl’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond, TJMaxx, Marshall’s, Ross,
HomeGoods, Fred Meyer, and HomeSense (Canada). However, the products that are
sold in these stores are not available through our website, or from us directly.
Do you have a
catalogue? We do not have a catalogue that shows our complete
product line, due to the large volume of candles and products we manufacture for
our different retailers (such as Target and Kohl's), and also due to the highly
seasonal nature of the majority of our product that is sold through those
retailers. All products that are available for sale directly to customers are
listed here on our website. If you need further product information, please
contact us at service@chesapeakebaycandle.com.
I have a product/fragrance that I
love, and I want to purchase it again, but I don’t see it in stores anymore. How
can I find it? Please be aware that our in-store collections
for retailers are often seasonal, meaning that once the store has sold out, they
may not stock that product again. If you remember where you purchased your
item, check the retailer’s website or speak to a sales associate at that store –
if your local store is out of stock, perhaps they can help you locate the item
in another store.

or 800-331-8339 (Monday – Friday, 9AM-5:30PM EST) and we are happy to search for
other retailers that may currently carry that same product or fragrance.
To
help us better service you, please provide us with the Universal Product Code
(UPC) – the twelve-digit numerical code on the packaging. If you do not have the
packaging, you can advise us the name of the store where you originally
purchased the item, the approximate time (last fall, over the summer, etc.), and
we do need the fragrance name. Please be aware that we have several dozen
fragrances we use throughout the year in a wide variety of products, so it may
be difficult for us to locate the same product or fragrance if the only
information we have is, “It’s a white candle, and it smells like
flowers.”
