How do I change my mailing or e-mail address? Please visit the “My Account” section of our website to update your personal information. Please remember we need to have current contact information on file (particularly your e-mail address) to contact you with order and shipping status, etc.
What tax rate are you charging me? If you ship your order to the state of Maryland, where we operate our business, we’re required to charge you local tax on your purchase.
What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Is my credit card information secure? Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data is transmitted privately and securely. Chesapeake Bay Candle® makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
WHOLESALE INFORMATION
I am interested in carrying Chesapeake Bay Candle® products in my store. What’s the next step? All the products on our website are available for wholesale. To receive more information, click on the “Wholesale” tab on our homepage to apply for a wholesale account login and password. Once your account has been approved, you will be able to view wholesale prices and information on our website, and place wholesale orders through our website. We also manufacture product for wholesale, for distribution to approved accounts. To inquire, please contact us at service@chesapeakebaycandle.com.
What is the shipping time for wholesale orders? Like our retail orders, wholesale orders for in-stock items placed by 12PM EST on business days usually ship from our fulfillment center that same day. Orders received during weekends, holidays, or after 12PM will ship the next business day.
What are minimum orders for wholesale? Our minimum opening wholesale order is $250; minimum reorders are $100.
