We use FedEx for our shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the delivery zip code, and your chosen method of transport (ground, 2nd day, etc.). If you would like to see what your shipping charges would be for your order, you can continue from the shopping bag to the “Checkout” screen, and this will allow you to see your actual shipping charges, along with estimated dates of delivery, based on the different options for transport. This does not require you to confirm the order, so you are still able to opt out of the purchase at this point, if you choose.

In-stock orders placed by 12PM EST on a business day usually ship from our fulfillment center the same day. Orders placed during a weekend or holiday, or after 12PM EST, will be processed the next business day (please take note, in case you do need expedited delivery – for example, this means that an order placed on Friday afternoon will not ship until the following Monday afternoon, even if you requested overnight service). Orders placed standard ground delivery should arrive in 4 business days after order placement (depending on delivery zip code); our shipping calculator will give you an estimated delivery date for each method of transport, and you have the option of choosing expedited services, if you like.

Warm Weather Advisory: please be aware that candles are heat-sensitive items. For this reason, if your items are being shipped to a very warm climate, or during the summer months, please consider choosing an expedited shipping method, particularly if choosing ground shipping would mean your order may sit in a non-climate controlled truck or facility over a weekend, etc.
