Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  New, unused items in the original
packaging may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (please
note that shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the
customer). To return or exchange a purchase, please contact our customer care
representative at 800-331-8339 (Monday – Friday, 9AM-5:30PM EST) or service@chesapeakebaycandle.com to obtain a return authorization number (we’re sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise without a return authorization number). Further instructions for returns are detailed on the packing list you received with your order.

We recommend you choose a shipping method that will allow you to track and insure your package; we are not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

We can only accept returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased through our website. Returns/exchanges for Chesapeake Bay Candle® items purchased from a retailer must be handled through that retailer.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
       
If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it with an identical item. Please contact our customer care representative within 15 days of receipt at 800-331-8339 or service@chesapeakebaycandle.com to arrange for a replacement. To better service you, we may request a photo of the damaged item.

We can only replace damaged/defective items purchased through our website. If you purchased a Chesapeake Bay Candle® product from a retailer and it is damaged or defective, please contact the retailer about returning or replacing it.
