Do I need to create an account to shop?
You can shop without registering or logging in until checkout; you do need to create an account or log in to place an order. Creating an account gives you the ability to track your orders, with secure access to your personal information and address book. Plus, it makes it easier for you the next time you shop with us. Above all, it’s simple – all we need is your name and contact information and a password. That’s it!

How do I order offline?

You may contact our customer care representative by phone at 800-331-8339 (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM EST) or by fax at 301-816-6911, and we are happy to help you with your order. 

How will I know that you’ve received my order?

We’ll e-mail you a confirmation of your order, so please make sure we have your correct e-mail address. Confirmation will include an order number and the total amount we’ll charge to your card. We’ll send a subsequent e-mail(s) when your products ship, including tracking information (if available).

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed by 12PM EST on a business day usually ship from our fulfillment center the same day. Orders placed during a weekend or holiday, or after 12PM EST, will be processed the next business day.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

You can edit your order and remove or add items to your shopping bag until the time payment is confirmed.  You can also abandon the checkout process at any time up until payment is confirmed, simply by clicking on the “Shop” tab at the top of the page to return to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping bag and remove the items you no longer wish to purchase, or you can leave them – your items will stay in your shopping bag until your session ends.
Please call us at 800-331-8339 (Monday – Friday, 9AM-5:30PM) if you need to change or cancel an order that has already been placed. Please be aware we may not be able to change or cancel your order if it is already in the shipping process.

What if the item I want is out-of-stock?
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information on our website. If we find that something you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail with the option to either process the remainder of your order, or cancel, and also whether or not you would like the out-of-stock item to be placed on backorder status, to ship when it becomes available.
For listed out-of-stock items, in the event that the posted in-stock availability date changes, exceeding 30 days from time of order placed, you will be notified via e-mail or mail. You will have the option to cancel your order, or receive your order when it arrives.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information (if available), and your package can be tracked through ups.com.  You can also view a complete history of your orders and obtain your order number by logging into “My Account” and clicking on “View Order History”. Also, you may contact us at 800-331-8339 (Monday – Friday, 9AM-5:30PM EST) or service@chesapeakebaycandle.com, and we are happy to track your order for you.
